EGA promotes STEM at Tawteen 360 student forum

United Arab Emirates, 30 October 2018: Emirates Global Aluminium, the largest industrial company in the United Arab Emirates outside oil and gas, hosted a hands-on STEM workshop at Tawteen 360 as part of the company’s nation-wide educational programme ‘Engineer the Future’, which aims to promote studies and careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

The Tawteen 360 student forum is organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in partnership with the Ministry of Education and provides UAE National students and youth exposure to job market trends and developments in key economic sectors.

EGA is a major employer of science, technology, engineering and mathematics professionals, with over 1,500 employees in these fields including more than 500 UAE Nationals.
